How I Cured my RSI Pain?? An Interesting Article Detailing The Writer's Successful Experiment

How I Cured my RSI Pain is an interesting little article detailing the writer’s successful experiment with mind-body treatment for his RSI pain. What makes it especially intriguing is the fact that it’s written by Aaron Iba, a programmer, successful entrepreneur and someone who was ‘highly skeptical’ until he tried the technique and found it worked for his problem.

I think that’s the key really, that it may work for some people better than others, which doesn’t take away from the benefits, but just adds a note of caution to those who may be expecting miracles.

The book he relied on is called The Mindbody Prescription, written by a Dr John Sarno.

Disclaimer: I am a computer programmer, not a doctor. Maybe your condition is different from mine, and you need treatment besides just reading TMP. That said, it seems to me that if you suffer from chronic pain, then it makes sense to try reading TMP before you spend lots of time and money (as I did) on other things. Also, the author of TMP, Dr. John Sarno, is a doctor, and a professor of medicine at NYU, and has a successful practice in New York.
